The
Bussell's farm is completely surrounded by large family farms and
is part of a 1660 acre scenic Agricultural District. In addition to
their rolling 300 acres of farmland, they also lease several adjoining
farms giving their horses plenty of green hillside pasture to roam
free on.

Larry, Faye and Derreck Bussell own and operate Bussell Farms. Their
300 acre hillside Paint horse and Beefalo operation is located in
the Cumberland Mountain foothills of middle Tennessee (aproximately
45 minutes East of Nashville) . Larry has been raising, and
training horses for more than 25 years and has incorporated many Natural-Horsemanship
techniques. When he's not showing in competition or training the next
generation of Paints on the farm, he's logging lots of saddle time,
as this is a working cattle farm too.

Come
and Visit!
One of the adjoining hollow farms that connects to the Bussell's also
has a small Bed and Breakfast. So come for a weekend and either bring
your horses along for some trail riding, or spend a day with one of
the Paints that has cought your eye. If you enjoy the country, a little
seclusion, and hillsides covered in Paint horses, you'll love a little
escape away in their rustic 1899 farmhouse. But remember to bring
along your horse trailer since you'll probably fall in love with more
than just the peaceful surroundings...
